TOP INDUSTRY TRAINERS

Our goal is to hone the skills of our elite hockey athletes which we do by using the best conditioning techniques, trainers and coaches. At P3, our training systems are uniquely tailored to provide high-quality sport-specific training for individual athletes and teams. We believe in our athletes and are committed to providing them with the right resources. Our goal is to prepare our athletes by giving them the tools to propel their skills and develop strong mental and athletic growth.

STATE OF THE ART FACILITY

Athletes who train with us also have access to our state of the art facility. Newly renovated and equipped for high-performance sport-specific training, our facility was designed to help propel our athletes towards growth.
Training is about more than pushing yourself on the ice. It is also about having a strong body and mind. We provide resources so our athletes can take care of themselves in every aspect.

RYAN HILDERMAN

OWNER, SKILLS COACH

Ryan has experience coaching at all levels including Bantam, Minor and Major Midget AAA as well as Junior A. He was twice named the CRAA Coach of the Year.

SKILLS COACH

Mike played USPORT at UBC as an 18-year-old and was selected 97th overall to Dallas. Mike enjoyed a 13-year pro career spanning 145 NHL games with Dallas, Toronto and New York.

MANAGER OF HOCKEY OPERATIONS

From Calgary, Alberta, Jarvis spent his playing days as a goaltender before getting into coaching and shifting his focus towards developing minor hockey players.
